I liked the way I was informed about Oak St. Yes I would recommend to a friend
I left in tears and felt deserted. No one showed an ounce of concern for me. I am having a problem and I thought from the website that I would be able to address some of the issues I am faced with. When I tried to share a little about what is happening with me, I felt unbelieved. I felt like a number and the bottom line is the almighty dollar. There are a few employees that show a human connection, however there are some that could be replaced with AI’s. I hope that others have a better experience than I did. It’s a good concept if you can make it real.
Employees were wonderful, except personality. Not excited about 1/4 visit, go to Dr, once a year...actually...won't be back.
Service was excellent and staff were attentive they listened carefully and responded clearly to our questions in most cases. Rapid turnover in personnel was somewhat disconcerting..we would absolutely recommend the Oak Street experience to others.
